I found 3R RV through a Google search years ago when my class A coach needed service and I have been extremely pleased to be one of their regular customers. I don't trust the service of my coach to anyone but Jimmy and his team of technicians. Chris and her parts department are top notch also. When I need service I can always get an appointment that fits my schedule. I highly recommend anyone with an RV needing service to call Jimmy to schedule an appointment and become a regular too !

We have a very nice RV and needed the Aqua Hot serviced properly prior to a three-week trip to Florida. These people are simply outstanding. They fit us into the schedule, did a great job on service for the Aqua Hot and fixed a few other things while we were there. We would highly recommend them and will be back for service ourselves. They also have a very nice parts and accessory area and everything is very clean.

Wow !!!! These people are who you want to deal with. They are honest, friendly, knowable, and fair. We showed up on a Monday morning when they were unlocking the doors. We had a electrical problem that was blowing the fusses in my truck every time we the lights on. this problem would come and go. This made it very hard to trouble shoot and could not even tell if it was in the truck or fifth wheel camper. They got us right in because we are traveling across country. They worked on it for 2 hours and fixed a few miner things but were getting no were fast with no end in sight. They put a resettable fuse in my truck and recommended that we try this because they could not get it to short out again. Well we left down the road and guess what, that's right we got about fifty miles down the road and it shorted out again. Well I called them on the phone and said come on back and well get to the bottom of the problem. When we were pulling into their place the Tec that worked on our rig was standing out front waving us right on into the shop. This time they were able to figure out this difficult problem and had us on our way. If there is anything that you want or need please give these people a chance to serve you I am sure that you will be as happy as I am!

We met Jimmie at the RV Show several years ago. We didn't even own a RV yet. We finally bought a 2004 motor home in Arizona. During the drive back to St. Louis, we encountered several problems and made some emergency repairs. I called 3R from New Mexico and arranged to bring the motor home to them. They took care of the issues and worked with the warranty people to get reimbursement. Since then we have had some improvements and repairs made there. Meeting Jimmie at the show was a stroke of luck. They are honest, professional and go out of their way in customer satisfaction.

Tired of being blown off by the service dept at your local RV repair? Give these people a try. When we were ready to leave on a trip to a reunion with military friends and pilots I flew with years ago, we had a black tank dump problem. They got us in when others said it would be weeks or months. They fixed the problem and actually made it better than factory. They are pro cop n military so I left patches of every outfit I was in for their public display. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
3 R RV to anyone. I will use them in the future for all my repairs. Salute!!

These folks are top shelf! When you are 800 miles from home you always feel you are at the mercy of whoever will do the work needed. We were actually in St Louis headed to Indiana. We drove the hour back down to them and boy are we glad we did. One local mobile guy wanted $200 just to come and diagnose our coach. We lost all power at 6 pm. 3R got us in and did an amazing job getting us back on the road and the cost was very impressive as well.

I am a D.I.Y. person who is custom building a toy hauler/camper for my Harley. This place is awesome. They have a large inventory of parts and accessories and I was able to find what I needed to complete my current project. While I was in their show room I found numerous accessories that I will be incorporating into my build. I was especially impressed with Jerry E. their parts man. Who took the time to show us different ideas we could use on our build. I highly recommend talking to Jerry about any parts or accessories you need for your camper or RV

I wound up here with a problem was not sure it was worth fixing or just to scrap. When i picked up my camper from storage it had water damage was going to repair myself but was more than i thought. Dropped at local dealer that told me they did not have time to fix take to 3RRV and see Jimmy. So I called and set a appointment to look at damage and before i knew it i was saying fix it. Price was great work was awesome did way more than i thought and time was quicker than any dealer. Not sure if my dealer was smart to send me there! I drive past it every time i go camp of of Hwy 44 so will be stopping for parts and supplies also.

What an awesome company. Needed some work on CC by certified AquaHot techs. Called 3 R RV told them we would be out there on a Sunday. They gave us a code to pull onto their lot and camped there overnight. They fixed the AquaHot plus some other coach things. Great service, great people. CC is tuned up & ready for 2015... Thanks Jimmie!
