These guys performed a detailed inspection on a travel trailer. They inspected every item needing repairs and did an itemized estimate for me. Very efficient.

Professional and timely.

Friendly Service group that keeps you up to date on progress with their work. They will tell you straight out what they can do and when there's uncertainty about what's behind the "wall". Do their best to give an accurate estimate and update you as soon as situation is resolved or becomes more complex. Solid repair and maintenance work for trouble free RV traveling. We've been very pleased working with them and will continue to make the 3 hour drive when we need their help.

The folks at 3R RV are great. I have been to quite a few RV service centers. 3 R RV always treats me with respect and a gives me straight answer to questions when I have issues. Their quality of work has always been great and they work hard to get my unit back to me in a timely manner. This is an excellent place for RV repair. They know what they are doing which can be hard to find in the RV industry. I would go here before any dealerships I have dealt with. Good honest people with a lot of experience.

We have used 3R RV for several years for both routine maintenance and repairs, some of which were complicated (like completely replacing the roof after a tear). They did a great job with all of this and Lucas, the service dept manager, was always honest and accurate about what needed to be done and what the cost would be. We never felt they misrepresented any repair that they suggested as needing to be done, as can be seen with some repair places. They also got the job done in the time frame they gave us. Sylvia, the lady manning the phones, was always very pleasant and helpful. I always received a return call with an answer for whatever question I had asked. I highly recommend 3R RV!!

Sevice is the Best

Fantastic service!!! Had issues with my air conditioner. I took it to two other repair facilities before 3R and they could not find the problem. 3R found out what my issue was and resolved it at the manufacturer expense. Will only go to 3R on all my future issues

Where to start. We broke down near Union, MO. I saw smoke coming from a tire on my trailer so we pulled over and called Good Sam Road Service. This was NOT a good response from GS (another story) but we managed to limp to 3R RV service just a couple of miles away. In a strange town we had no idea what to expect. Senior Tech Lucas explained that we had blown a wheel bearing and would need extensive work or a new axle (a multi week problem). After taking is us immediately he went to work on our issues, coming out regularly to update us on what he found. Understanding that we were on the road, he spent hours working and was able to successfully repair and rebuild our axle so that it wouldn’t need replacing. We spent the night in a hotel and 3R finished the project the 2nd day and get us on our way. They also reduced our parts and labor cost as the repair cost was quite expensive. We simply cannot say enough about our outstanding customer experience that we received. I would recommend them to anyone traveling through the area. They are trustworthy and treat people with respect. Our nationwide trip continues thanks to the staff at 3R!

We took our RV in for an oil change. They were professional, helpful and serviced our RV within a few days over a holiday weekend. We would highly recommend.

Being on a first trip with a new high tech RV can send shivers up your spine. Not knowing what is minor or catastrophic sends me into anxiety. We were having a checkoil soon on our recently serviced generator. I freaked out. My wife coolly looked up on her phone and found 3R RV two miles from where we were. The staff was very helpful and Lucas the tech was a hero, god send, fountain of knowledge and a genuinely wonderful human being. He stopped what he was doing and diagnosed and repaired our issue in record time and taught me what to do how to do it and what supplies I needed. If I lived anywhere near Missouri I would make 3R RV my go to store for everything RV. Prices were fair and reasonable. The gal at the register didn’t even laugh at me when I told her my black water tank hose was somewhere on I 44. I bought a great replacement Really folks these people and business showed me what small community businesses are all about. Five stars all the way. Lucas thanks again!

From beginning to end of service I had an excellent experience. They accommodated my drop off and pick up time. Communication with Sylvia was excellent. Easy to deal with it and no pressure on any service recommendations.

We took our motor home in to 3R RV after a tire blowout. We had a problem with the hydraulic jacks also. We were originally told that it would be a few weeks before they could look at it and were very pleasantly surprised when they called after a week and already had a diagnosis. Everyone with whom we spoke was very pleasant and accommodating. I would not hesitate to take our MH back to them for other issues.

3RRV Are great to work with. Any time I have a question they answer it very quickly and their work is always top quality. Service and insurance claims departments are excellent to work with.

We brought our camper in to get an awning redone and a couple vent lids fixed. While they were repairing that. They found a couple soft spots on the roof and that the sealant on the roof was pretty well gone. They provided three options. They were very open and honest with what each option would give us, in respect to how much more life and effectiveness of each option. We went to move forward with the middle grade option. On that same day of them starting the process to work on the roof they found that our trailer had been in an accident and the tongue and support beams under the camper were completely pushed back and bent. We had NO idea that it had that extensive damage… We bought it a lil over a year ago and was not told it was ever in an accident. So we had to put the brakes on the roof situation. Once again they went over options to fix the structural problem. They were able to fix the trailer structure and were able to do some of the work to the roof. We let them know when the next camping trip was scheduled and they were on top of letting us know if it would be done or not by the next trip. When we went to pick it up. Everything looked great! Lucas went outside with us and reviewed all the things. We hooked up the camper to leave and we had no lights… it was working when we dropped it off. Lucas came right out and hooked it up to pinpoint where the problem was. Turned out it was in our truck which we also just had to have huge repairs on. Lucas kept working with my husband to find where the problem lied. By no means did he have to help us troubleshoot the truck issues and the lights. But they found it and was something very simple that the dealership that worked on the truck missed. We WILL be going back for other repairs that are on the list. And we HIGHLY recommend working with 3R for any camper or RV needs. They have also been a great source for advice for us as well as we have done some repair on our own. An amazing local business to support and trust!

They do excellent work !

On the 4th of June, my family had problems with the dash sir conditioner and , of course, the generator wouldn't start. We arrived at 3 R RV facility and they fixed the generator while we waited. The staff were excellent. Fixed it in a short time, made us comfortable in their waiting room and shared their info on how to fix it. I recommend this service facility to anyone. I was very pleased with the service our 1999 Winnebago Adventurer received at 3R RV. We ended up needing a roof top A/C unit replaced which was in stock and quickly installed. I also had a replacement rear top cap exterior body piece installed that I procured elsewhere due to it being only available as salvage. All work completed was exceptional.

My 2020 Coachmen Leprechaun Class C lost power to the batteries. I found this place via Google and they were able to get me in quickly and fixed the problem. Permanently fixed. Well that’s a Coachmen issue and I doubt this is my last problem. When I went to pick it up the guy at the desk, who I think his name was Bob went out and showed me some things I need to do. Midwest RV gives you a walk around when you buy it but there are a whole stream of things nobody tells you. Let alone the on line manual sucks. So at the end of the story these people solved the problem and there staff seems really helpful, friendly and courteous

I'm super impressed with this place. Very competent technical staff. Problem solvers. Well stocked parts department and RV store. From what I can see they can do it all. Great experience working with Sylvia and Lucas. They are my go to for RV maintenance and repair. Highly recommend!

Had a problem with my Hydro-hot on my 2005 Beaver RV. They got me right in and worked out the problem. Very quick and professional keeping me informed with anything that he found during his time on it. You couldn’t ask for a nicer place to have your RV worked on. I recommend them.

We had an electrical problem with our slideout while we were crossing the country. 3R was on near our route so we stopped in (on a Friday, no less) hoping that they would be able to help. Lucas came out and not only quickly found the problem but resolved it and got us right back on the road as good as new! It isn't often a shop is needed while traveling, but if you need one in Missouri don't hesitate to stop at 3R.

Great communication. Prices are moderate but they addressed all my concerns in a timely fashion.

We were on our way home from DC, when we hit a deer on the interstate. Luckily, 3R RV was near to our route home. This was our first visit to 3R RV. Jimmie came out and did an initial estimate. He took it from there. He was in contact with our insurance company at all times. He was extremely knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in RVs. He took the worry out of everything and returned to us a perfectly new front end. It’s a big job, well done. Thanks 3R RV!!

I live 85 miles away from this repair shop and I don’t care drive that far this people are Berry nice honest people and do the job I have camping world as repair shop close from me 30 minutes away but this people pull you leg I recommend this shop for quality repair and Custumer service also one of the technician help me with a brake problem on my truck with no obligation berry kind and appreciate that this is my new repair shop

I discovered 3R RV at the St. Louis RV show. Very happy with the work they did. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. They installed a new awning and steps for us along with repacking the wheel bearings. I will certainly do business with them again as the need arises.

We have been using their services from the day they opened. Would not go anywhere else. They have been our only repair shop and repaired 3 different RVs for us over the years.

We have been using 3R RV for around twenty years for our class Cs, class A and 5th wheel. They have consistently done a great job the first time for our awnings, roof, heating/ cooling, appliances, holding systems, winterizing/de- winterizing, door locks and more. I can't recommend them enough.

In getting ready for a camping outing three days away we experienced an electrical step malfunction on Saturday. We called 3R to see about a service appointment and was to bring it in on Monday at 3:00 pm. We advised them of our scheduled departure date of Wednesday and they would do their best and notify us when ready. On Tuesday around 10:00 AM they called and it was ready for pick up. We have always been pleased with their service and effort in taking care of issues that arise and any equipment added to your unit. We highly recommend 3R for any of your RV needs.

Great help for my 99' Bounder.

We needed a new electricity converter installed in our class C and we were under pressure to get it done before our big multiple state road trip. Sylvia was a rock star in getting us scheduled within a few days and the work was done quickly. We definitely would recommend 3R if you need any RV service!!!

The water heater in my 3 year old RV stopped working on the first trip this year. Everyone at 3R RV is very helpful!! The owner even came outside to help figure out what was needed. We will definitely go out of our way to give them future business. Highly recommended!

Great service, many RV parts

I was traveling across country when I sustained damage to my trailer axle. 3R RV not only was able to replace the axle but did it very quickly, (back on the road in 2 hours), and the cost was super reasonable. Their staff is very courteous but friendly and knowledgeable. I live in Ohio but was so impressed with 3R that I would consider drive to Missouri for any major work I needed done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! A+ 10 stars
